Being infinite and omnipotent the universal mind has unlimited resources at its command and when I remember that it is also omnipresent, I cannot escape the conclusion that I must be an expression or manifestation of that mind. This is part of the law of growth, that which I think about grows,
I must enter into the discipline necessary to think correctly! Why? Because I evidence that wrong thinking has only produced failure. I also know the thought must be clear cut, steady, fixed, definite and unchangeable. Expectations; in cannot spend twenty of thirty years of my life building up negative conditions as a result of my negative thoughts and then expect them to to all melt away as a result of fifteen or thirty minutes of right thinking. If I enter into the discipline necessary to bring radical change in my life I must do so deliberately, after giving the matter careful thought and full consideration and then I must allow nothing to interfere with my decision.
This disciplinary change of thought that brings with it a new mental attitude will not only bring me the material things which are necessary for my highest and best welfare, but will bring health and harmonious conditions generally. If I wish for harmonious conditions in my life, I must develop an harmonious mental attitude. To do so I employ the laws of relaxation and practice. My world without will be a reflection of my world within, the law of growth!
